He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Stephens (Arrasmith); his parents, Eleen Catherine Stephens (Beaman) and Wilbur Holton Stephens; and his father-in-law Robert Joe Arrasmith. He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Lynne Stephens of Burlington, KY and Rachel Kathleen Stephens of Ft. Thomas, KY; his sister Judith L. Koehne of Covington, KY; his grandchildren, Remi Jean Stephens and Everett Michael Stephens-Showman; his mother-in-law Verna J. Arrasmith of Union, KY; and his brothers-in-law, Robert J. Arrasmith Jr. of Independence, KY and Terry L. Arrasmith (Lisa) of Columbus, OH..
