He was predeceased by: his wife Margie Reardon of Mary's Cemetery; his mother Hellen Flynn; his granddaughter Melissa Jones; and his great-niece Morgan Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Donna Roberts, Kim Jones (Susan Kraus), Jennifer Dunaway (Dale), Tom Webster and Cindy Lou Bishop (Joe Mueller); his grandchildren, Angela Bishop and Roy Bishop III; his great grandchildren, Elmer, Brooklyn, Bella, Ariel, Piper and Aubrey; and his great great grandchild Kaylani.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cathedral Basilica (1140 Madison Ave, Covington, KY 41011). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
