He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald A. Foster and Shirley Greisinger; his aunts, Evelyn Cox and Connie Baker; his uncle Ron Foster; and his stepsister Joy Greisinger.
He is survived by: his sisters, Teresa Foster and Lisa Foster; his stepsiblings, Amy Wise, Denise Greisinger, Kim Foster and Richard Wise; his aunt Vickie Dalbey; his cousins, Karla (Paul Bergfelder), Paul Bergfelder, Penny Foster, Traci Baker and Rodney Foster; and his friends, Kathy and Earline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
