He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Hoene (Thornton) and Cyril Von Hoene; his wife Kathy Von Hoene (Kohlbrand); and his sister Joan Von Hoene. He is survived by: his son Ted (Kelly); his grandchildren, Jack and Kate; and his brothers, Rick (Sue) and Greg (Vicki). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
