He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Anthony Eads, Jacqueline Eads and Raymond Boothe. He is survived by: his parents, Nicole Shumate and Kelly Purcell; his stepmother Crystal Purcell; his siblings, Alexus, Cheyanne Purcell, Canyon, Corey Purcell and Jared Eggleston; his grandparents, Tina Eads, Kennetha White, Wayne White and Mike Purcell; his little buddy Malaya Turner; his niece Embri Purcell; and his close friend Josh Merkel.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home (316 Elm St, Ludlow, KY 41016). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (3227 Dixie Hwy, Erlanger, KY 41018).
