She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Portwood and Tobey Portwood; her sisters, Netia Gail and Cathy May; and her brother-in-law Owen Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Larry, Timmy, Brad, John T., Willie, David, Walter, Carl, Mary and Steven; and her siblings, Mary Meredith, Rochelle Hamilton and Sammy Portwood. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
In honor of Cheryl's passion for animals, memorial donations can be made in her name to Kenton County Animal Services in Covington, KY.
