He is survived by: his wife Pamela K. Waggener; his children, Josh Waggener (Amanda), Jessica Carter (Jason), Angela Waggener, Melissa Cosby (Schile) and Tom Waggener (Haleigh); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Waggener, Jack Waggener, Isaac Carter, Jared Carter, Logan Carter, Isaiah Waggener, Adasha Waggener, Jayden Gilbert, Kaynin Gilbert, Trinity Gilbert, Grayson Waggener, Emmett Waggener and Malcolm Waggener; his great grandchild Zoey Carter; and his siblings, Jerry Waggener, Carla Waggener, Kelly Gish (Rocky), Charles "Pat" Spalding (Melissa), Mark Spalding (Evelyn) and Robert "Robbie" Spalding (April). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
