She is survived by: her children, James Blevins (Karen), Mary Decker, Annette West (Mark) and Cassie Westerman (Gary); her grandchildren, Michael Blevins, Misty Majors, Tim Alderson, Kristyn Gibson, Brandon West, David Westerman and Kathy Westerman; and her great grandchildren, Charity Parker, Daniel Nixon, Jaycee Gibson, Ashley Russelburg, Drew Westerman, Kevin Brown and Anna Rose Westerman.
