He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Sharon Shields (Dane) of Henderson, Kentucky and Steve Pritchett (Cindy Keller) of Henderson, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kevin, Kelly and Chase; and his great grandchildren, Nate, Claire, Jace and Kynlee. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made to St. Anthony's Hospice, First United Methodist Church, or a favorite charity.
