He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ramsey and Margaret Nadine Brooks; and his brothers, Steven "Dough Belly" Brooks and David Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Brooks; his sons, Josh Brooks (Julia) and Jason Brooks; his siblings, Larry Brooks, Sherry Evans (Rick) and Elaine Martin (Rick); and his grandchildren, Alivia, Joshua and Austin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
