He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Phelps; his children, Jaci McAllister (Chad) of Chillicothe, Dylan Phelps (Whitney) of Henderson and Judson Phelps (Katie) of Corydon; his stepson Matthew Winstead (Karen) of Henderson; his mother Veda Phelps of Corydon; and his sister Nancy Fain of Corydon. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
