She was predeceased by: her parents, Malcolm Robison and Betty Robison of Carmi, IL.; and her granddaughter Omunique Fetcher. She is survived by: her husband Bill Kelser; her sons, Allen Fetcher (J'Nia), Jason Fetcher, Ben Fetcher and Alex Fetcher (Paige); her grandchildren, Quenton Fetcher, Mikisha Taylor, Serenity Fetcher, Bailey Fetcher, Se'Ria Fetcher, Gabriel Kai Fetcher and Winter Fetcher; her siblings, Stanley Robison (Christine), Patty Hodgson, David Robison (Cinde), Charles Lee Belfield, Michael Belfield (Sharon), Julie Belfield and Mary Jo Belfield-Alsup (Larry); and her aunt Ruth. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great-nephews, relatives, and loving friends.
