He is survived by: his mother Betty Whitehead; his children, Dana Duncan of Henderson, Elizabeth Bradford (Homer) of Evansville, Jeremy Duncan (Shaunda) of Corydon and Tiffany Duncan (Nick Lancaster) of Spottsville, KY; and his siblings, Renee Deno (Mike) of Corydon, Tina and Billy Lynn Duncan (Patricia). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
