It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Louise McCollum of Corydon, Kentucky, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hamner Robbins and Myrtle Robbins (Charles "Leroy" McCollum); her son Donald "Donnie" McCollum; and her brothers, Raymond Lee Robbins and Bobby Wayne Robbins.
She is survived by: her children, Sandi Gail Mays (Bobby) of Corydon, KY, Lisa Ann Ervin (Jeff) of Corydon, KY, Patty Ann Davis of Crown Point, IN, Roy Allen McCollum (Cindy) of Henderson, KY and Danny Wayne McCollum of Henderson, KY; her sisters, Carlean Black of Mayfield, KY, Becky Robbins of Edmond, OK and Margaret Cook of Gantt, AL; and her grandchildren, Amber Shimek, Ben McCollum, Kenneth McCollum, Shannin McCollum, Dania Givens, Mandi Mays, Brandi Mays Austin and Cory Mays. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
