She was predeceased by: her father Porter Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Philip Pletka; her children, Kelly Hefner Estevez of Tennessee and Kevin Hefner of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Ashley Estevez and Samantha Hefner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
