She is survived by: her husband Arlis Polly of Cornettsville, KY; her son Samuel Lewis Polly (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Anna Mae Polly, Mary Ellen Polly and Samuel James Polly of Linefork. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
