She was predeceased by: her mother Louise Campbell; her daughter Tara Couch; and her sister Diana Campbell. She is survived by: her husband Roger Couch; her daughter Nadean Hayes (Joshua Webb); her sister Chastity Campbell (Lenore Benoit); and her grandchildren, Courtney Hayes, Hunter Hayes, Cameron Hayes, Peyton Webb and Cameron Webb.
