He is survived by: his wife Angelia Callahan of Cornettsville, KY; his daughters, Ashley Callahan of Hazard and Tenai Fields of Cornettsville, KY; his siblings, Raymond Holbrook of Cornettsville, KY and Carolyn Hall (Harry); his brother-in-law Lawrence Roark; and his granddaughter Kamryn Nantz.
