He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sue Stephens; his children, Leah-Jane Rebecca Campbell (James) of Hazard, KY, April Carreon (Jose) of Morehead, KY and Brian Stephens of Morehead, KY; his sisters, Carolyn Marie Drake (John) of Lawrenceburg, KY, Linda Lou Stamper (John) of Sandy Hook, KY and Brenda Lee Whitt (Gerold) of Sandy Hook, KY; and his grandchildren, James Chase and Brianna Grace.
