She is survived by: her mother Irene Brashear Estep; her husband Jack Collins; her children, Dustin Collins (Tami) of Cornettsville, KY and Karri Collins (Josh) of Cornettsville, KY; her siblings, Carlos Brashear (Pauleta) of Cornettsville, KY, Willard Estep of Cornettsville, KY and Darlene Watts; and her pets, Maggie and Toby.
