He is survived by: his wife Patsy Scaggs Sexton; his daughters, Jennifer R. Spoonemore of Corinth, KY and Kimberly Sexton of Corinth, KY; and his sister Sandra Lewis of Dry Ridge, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
