She is survived by: her husband Brian Stephens; her children, Joshua Thompson (Katie) of Georgetown, Trace Lowe (Becky) of Midway and Jonathan Lowe (Erin) of Versailles, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Ally, Landon, Wyatt, Addison, Gracie, Rylan, Kyle and Skylar; and her brother Bradley Lewis of Washington County, Kentucky..

Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 60% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
