It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcella Dyer Scudder of Corinth, Kentucky, born in Marshall, Michigan, who passed away on March 17, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Dyer and Marie Allen Dyer; her husband James Scudder; and her brothers, Densel Dyer, Ronnie Dyer of Corinth and Lonnie Dyer.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Malone (Matthew) of Corinth, Pamela Baxter of Cynthiana and Lori Lynn Jones (Rob Gunter) of Berry; her siblings, Arbiedella "Della" Richerson (late John) of Jonesville, Jeanette Franklin (Jimmy) of Georgetown, Anita Wright (James) of Mason, Denise Epperson (Steve) of London, Afton Dyer (Bonnie) of Corinth and Donnie Dyer (Peggy) of Corinth; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Burns, Austin Burns, Nitosha Moore, Zachary Pickett, Austin Malone, Sheldon Baxter and Ethan Malone. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
