He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Caldwell of Amelia, OH, Debbie Lykes (Rusty) of Florence, KY and Dianna Thompson (Chris) of Frankfort, KY; his sisters, Elnora Howe (Pete) of Florence, KY and Patsy Adkins (Jerry) of Dry Ridge, KY; his grandchildren, Kris Duncan (Chad), Katie Edwards (Shanon), Lesley Lykes, Lyndsay Phillips, Rob Lykes (Katie), Brittany Uminger (Ross), Trevor Austin and Savanah Austin; and his great grandchildren, Alex Phillips, Daden Couri, Tate Edwards, Bodhi Edwards, Isla Austin, Jacob Lykes, Jameson Gates, Levi Gates, Elsie Phillips, Audrey Uminger, Noah Uminger and Lucas Uminger.
