She is survived by: her husband Cline Rowe; her children, Ralph Edward "Eddie" Roach of Knoxville, TN, James Byron "Bryan" Roach (Donna) of Mascot, TN, Tina Rowe Miller (Mikel) of Lakewood Ranch, FL, Joan Renee Rowe of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Clinette Michelle Chilton (Camron) of Sulphur Springs, TX; and her brothers, Everett Schofield Smith (Janell) of Biloxi, MS and Carl Smith (Joan) of Land.
