He was predeceased by: his wife Juanita Florence Mulberry; and his son Herbert Mulberry. He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Mulberry of Georgetown, KY., John H. Mulberry, Jr. (Donna) of Sadieville, KY. and Rick Mulberry of Sadieville, KY.; and his sisters, Elizabeth Gudgell of Maysville, KY. and Virginia Mullins of Dayton, OH.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
