She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Parrish and Pearl Parrish; her son Shawn Johnson; and her brothers, Herbert Phelps and Charles Parrish.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Johnson; her children, Missy Johnson, Tim Johnson, Mike Johnson and Tosha McCarthy; and her sisters, Marlene Lainhart and Linda Martin. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter.
