He is survived by: his wife Marcella Dyer Scudder; his daughters, Crystal Scudder of Illinois and Jamie Scudder of Illinois; his stepdaughters, Paula Malone (Matt) of Corinth, KY., Pamela Baxter of Cynthiana, KY. and Lori Lynn (Rob) of Berry, KY.; and his nephew Anthony Czernek (Klaudia) of Illinois. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
