He is survived by: his sisters, JoAnn Blackburn of Lexington, KY. and Melody Davis of Corinth, KY.; his niece Trudie Vuntangboon (Sam) of Georgetown, KY.; and his friend Mike Adams of Cynthiana, KY.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
