He was predeceased by: his grandson Alex Neeley; and his siblings, Ruby Bowling, Jack Neeley, Bill Neeley and Ralph Neeley.

He is survived by: his wife Phyllis J. Byrd Neeley; his sons, Greg Neeley of Williamstown, KY. and Brandon Neeley (Cheryl) of Dry Ridge, KY.; and his grandchildren, Zachary Neeley, Cheyann Neeley and Wyatt Neeley.
