He was predeceased by: his wife Eleanor Carr Curtis; and his children, David L. Curtis and Donna "Jenny" Martin. He is survived by: his children, Diane Curtis (Marcus Manning), Jerry Curtis (Tina) and Ken Curtis; his daughter-in-law Lynda Curtis; his grandchildren, Michelle Martin, John Curtis (Mary), Sally Curtis, Kenzie Manning, Jake Curtis, Sam Curtis and Peyton Manning; his great grandchild Thomas Westray; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Johnson and Rachel Sanders. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
