He is survived by: his wife Betty Mae Colson; his son Mickey Ellis of Corinth, KY; his siblings, Garland Ellis of Alexandria, KY, Layel Ellis of Fort Meyers, FL, Sally Sue Sebree of Cordova, KY and Charlene Colson of Syracuse, FL.; and his grandchildren, Sonia Thornton of Crittenden, KY, Chris Ellis of Mt. Zion, KY, Shella Monds of Corinth, KY and Shane Ellis of Georgia.
