He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his daughter Karen Faye; his siblings, Earl, Harold, Kenneth, Floyd "Buck", Robert "Bob", Clarence "Buz" Brown, Pearl Vendler, Anna Marie Colvin, Beulah "Boots" Thompson and Betty Robinson; and his friend Harold Elliston.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Brown (Debra), Steven Brown (Bobbie), Jamie Brown, Tammy Phillips (Larry), Jeanette Henson (Mark), Angie Foster (Barry) and Leslie Riddle (Leighton); his sister Jeanie Kinman (Junior); and his friend Dale Cross. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stanley Funeral Home - Williamstown (500 N Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Riverview Baptist Church (931 Durbintown Rd, Berry, KY 41003).
