She was predeceased by: her parents, Roland Motley and Okla B. Hughes Motley; her grandson Casey Young; and her half-brother Roland Motley, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Mark Fornash (Tami) of Crittenden, Susan Raybourne (George) of Union, Jeanette Ryan (Kevin) of Verona and Patricia Fornash of Clermont, Florida; and her brother Anthony W. Motley of Corinth. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
