He is survived by: his wife Beverly Cupp of Corbin; his children, Thomas Cupp, Jr. of Woodbine and Ashley West (William) of Corbin; his sister Patricia Ann Shelton (Gary) of Pine Island; and his granddaughters, Marissa Cupp, Eleanor West and Margaret West.
