He was loved and cherished by many people including: his caregiver Blanche Woolum; his parents, William Mayfield and Dessie Evans Mayfield; his siblings, Paul Barton, Maggie, Geraldine and Sue Parker; his wife Marian Corbin Mayfield; his sons, Terry (Jewell) of San Angelo, TX and Kevin (Jennifer) of Bardstown; his granddaughter Brittany Mayfield Ramsey; and his sister Billie Nantz. He was also cherished by four great granddaughters.
