He is survived by: his wife Lynn Perkins; his children, Kimberly Owens (Willie) of Grey, KY, Brenda Baker of London, KY, Ashley Smith of London, KY and Val Perkins of North Carolina; his siblings, Lisa Engles, Ernie Parrott, Karen Goley, Shala Abbott and Alisha Zeader; his grandchildren, Jordan Rose, Abigail Cope, Brooklyn Perkins, Brooklyn Smith, Seth Shelton, Lukas Perkins, Nathan Perkins, Lottie Owens and Ronald Owens; and his close friends, Charlotte Whittle and Ronald Whithers.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
