She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Janice Smith; her granddaughter Jamie Creech; and her sister-in-law Melissa Creech. She is survived by: her husband Milton Joe Creech; her children, Joseph Creech (Kim), Casey Creech (Stacey) and Katelin Creech; and her grandchildren, Bailey, Callie, Bentley, Lexi, Maverick, Amilana and Calix. She is also survived by her brother, aunts, and uncle, along with other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701).
