She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe C. Mason and Effie Mason; her siblings, Daniel, Faye and Marie; her niece Janice Blankenship; her nephew Jamie Meadors; and her grandchildren, Thomas Lee Gibson IlI and Cody Lee Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Wagers and Monica Marcus; her grandson Charlie Marcus (Audrey); her great grandchild Adalynn Marcus; her sisters, Georgia Bell (Doug), Lucille Taylor, JoAnn Alsip and Emma Mason; her nieces and nephews, Billie Jo Siler, Tammy Walters, Debbie Inman, Michelle Duarte, Angie Heath, Cindy Hunter, Kim Hess, Shanda Price, Daniel Walters, Mike Taylor, Tim Mason, Tyler Meadors and Tony Mason; her great-niece Ashley Earls; and also, Jordan, Brooklyn, Jacob and Olivia.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Smith Cemetery (4580 KY-26, Corbin, KY 40701).
