She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Elmer and Grace Noe; and her siblings, Wilma Peace and Clyde "Sonny" Noe. She is survived by: her sister Wanda Cook (Jack) of Tennessee; her nieces and nephews, Donna Peace, Mike Noe, Karen Cain, Chuck Noe, Kenny Noe and Jack Gross; and her close friends, Freda Fox and Linda Gillum. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
