He was predeceased by: his father William Kenneth Norvell. He is survived by: his mother Audrey Norvell; his wife E. Kim Norvell; his children, Audra Swearingen (Michael) and Matthew Norvell (Ellen); his grandchildren, Maria, Elizabeth, Cecilia Swearingen and Maverick Norvell; and his siblings, Alice Tooley (Jerry), Gary Norvell (Shelia), Joan Norvell and Mark Norvell (Brenda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Poplar Grove Baptist Church (2322 N Kentucky 830, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
