He was predeceased by: his parents, Rube Manning and Beulah Walker Manning; and his grandson Michael Manning. He is survived by: his children, Michelle Rose of Pine Knot, KY, James Manning of Corbin, KY and Dexter Manning of Arizona; and his siblings, Dora Smith (Jack) of Williamsburg, KY, Billy Joe Manning of Williamsburg, KY and Jake Manning (Judy) of Rockholds, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends.
