She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Lynch and Nellie Cox Lynch; her former husband Allen Spencer; her husband Ted Trosper; her daughter Shanell Lee Spencer; her siblings, Winnona Maggard, Brenda Wing, Norma Ross and Harold Lynch; and her granddaughter Victoria Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, April Hopkins of Corbin and Kyle Trosper (Rachael) of Rockholds; her siblings, Carlos Lynch of Hamilton and Juanita Turner of Waco; her sister-in-law Wavalene Lynch of Irvin; her grandchildren, Cameron Gilbert, Spencer Gilbert (Madyson), Channa Merida, Abigail Hopkins, Bryson Hopkins, Mikaila Hopkins, Levi Trosper, Liza Trosper, Katie Beth Trosper, James Trosper and John Trosper; and her great grandchildren, Allyson Merida and Kooper Gilbert.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O'Neil-Lawson Funeral Home (204 N Kentucky St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Lynch Cemetery.
