He is survived by: his son Michael Wells; his siblings, Bill Wells (Mary), Wayne Wells (Gerri), Mike Wells (Peggy), Debra Petrey, Karen Burdine and Kim Swafford (Jack); his granddaughters, Ginger White and Amber Damron; and his caregiver Anne Thompson. He is also survived by four great grandchildren, and by numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
