She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Vanover and Jean Vanover. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Phelps; her son Mark Phelps (Tamara); her grandchildren, Ana Grace Phelps, Jonathan Farris, Ryan Johnson (Kelsey) and Bradley Johnson; her siblings, Bobby Vanover (Linda) and Loretta McDaniel (Carestil); and her nephews, Michael Vanover and Bruce McDaniel. She is also survived by Other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Hart Funeral Home Chapel (1011 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701).
