He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Baylor and Nora Baylor; the mother of his children Hilda Fowler Baylor; his wife Etta Faye Shepherd Baylor; and his siblings, Alemta Ponder, Robert Baylor, Riley "Red" Baylor and Radford Baylor.
He is survived by: his sons, Chris Baylor (Jane) and Brian Baylor (Sheila); his grandchildren, Abby Baylor, Samantha Baylor, Evan Baylor, Charles Baylor, Allison Baylor, Hannah Baylor, Holly Baylor, Chase Baylor and Angela Palaganas; his great grandchild Camden Baylor; and his sister Gladys House. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
