He was predeceased by: his parents, John Holbrook and Joyce Jones Holbrook. He is survived by: his wife Terri Houk Holbrook; his children, Brittney Cassin (Matthew) and Drake Holbrook (Rory); his grandchildren, Penelope, Graham and Gryffin; his brother Kevin Holbrook MD (Christy); and his cousin Pam Lee.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cumberland Memorial Gardens South U. S. (5970 US-25, Corbin, KY 40701).
