He is survived by: his wife Eileen Owens Nantz; his children, David Nantz (Sonia) of Diamond, IL, Steven Nantz (Angela) of Stockbridge, GA and Tamara Phelps (Mark) of Corbin; his siblings, Jeannie Sizemore (Junior) of Ohio, Annette Davis (Tim) of Corbin, Jennifer McHargue (Ray) of Corbin and Jay Nantz (Lori) of Florida; his grandchildren, Samantha Burbatt (Tony), Brittany Gurley (Tom), Lily Brewster, Robin Disney (Greg), Amber Medlock (Scottie), Steven Nantz (Tiffany), Ryan Johnson (Kelsey), Bradley Johnson and Ana Grace Phelps; and his great grandchildren, Rowan Burbatt, Lincoln Gurley, Shepard Gurley, Landon Medlock, Grayson Medlock and Madalynn Nantz. He is also survived by other great-grandchild; and by many other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 24th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
