She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Perkins; her parents, Valgene Turner and Norma Lee Feltner Turner; her son Charles Perkins; her siblings, Glen Turner, Shirley Gentry and Robert Turner; and her granddaughter Jenna Rose Perkins.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Owens (Willie) of Gray, KY, Brenda Baker of London, KY, Ashley Smith of London, KY and Val Perkins of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Jordan Rose, Abigail Cope, Brooklyn Perkins, Brooklyn Smith, Seth Shelton, Lukas Perkins, Nathan Perkins, Lottie Owens and Ronald Owens; her siblings, Ronnie Turner (Lorene) of Berea, KY, Kim Turner (Cy) of Jellico, TN and Ricky Turner (Kim) of Keavy, KY; and her close friend Bonnie Burns. She is also survived by daughter; plus a host of other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
