Gary L. Steenbergen Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary L. Steenbergen of Corbin, Kentucky, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on August 25, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Steenbergen and Pauline Steenbergen; his wife Barbara Earlene Snyder Steenbergen; his daughter Stephanie Steenbergen; and his brother Michael Hubbard.
He is survived by: his son Chris Steenbergen (Charlotte) of Danville, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Celika, Ava, Caine and Bishop Steenbergen; his siblings, Gail Jackson and Keith Steenbergen; his parents-in-law, Earl and Ohler Snyder; and his siblings-in-law, Roger Snyder (Tammy), Larry Snyder (Konnie), John Snyder, Jerry Snyder (Jennifer) and Karen Davis (Rick). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Gideons International or the Dorthae Pentecostal Church Building Fund.
